Here are some tips that helped me navigate my first 30 days of sobriety:</p><p>1. Rest When Needed: When I felt tired, I allowed myself to rest. Prioritizing sleep helped my body recover and gave me the energy needed to face each day with a clear mind.</p><p>2. Nourish Your Body: Whenever I was hungry, I made sure to eat nourishing foods. I focused on whole foods packed with nutrients, especially those high in protein to keep my blood sugar levels stable. This helped reduce cravings and maintain my energy levels.</p><p>3. Express Your Emotions: Journaling played a crucial role in my recovery. I wrote down all my feelings, both good and bad, which helped me process my emotions and understand my triggers better.</p><p>4.
