Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 chai tea bag
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a small pot, bring water and chai tea bag to a boil. Reduce heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bag and stir in the milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom.
3. Heat until warm, then whisk vigorously to create foam.
4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
5. Pour into a mug, garnish with a cinnamon stick, and enjoy.
