Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 1 can (10 and 3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 6 egg yolks
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Place the pie shell in a pie dish with high fluted edges. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly into the pie shell.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed cheddar cheese soup and egg yolks until well blended. Stir in the Tabasco sauce.
4. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the soup mixture until fully incorporated.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the quiche is puffed and golden brown.
