Citrus Blaze
Ingredients:
- 2 oz whiskey alternative (e.g., Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey Alternative)
- ½ - 1 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey (depending on the heat desired)
- 4-6 oz club soda
- 1 orange slice (plus extra for garnish, if desired)
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass:
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Mix the Honey:
- In a mixing glass or shaker, combine the whiskey alternative and Mike's Hot Honey.
- Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved and mixed with the whiskey alternative.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the honey-whiskey mixture over the ice in your rocks glass.
- Top up the glass with club soda, gently stirring to combine.
4. Garnish:
- Squeeze the orange slice over the drink to release some juice and drop the slice into the glass.
- Optionally, garnish with an additional orange slice on the rim of the glass.
