Perfect for hot nights when you still want real food
🛒 Ingredients:
For the wraps:
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced into wedges
Avocado oil or olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Romaine or butter lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Optional: sliced avocado, shredded purple cabbage, chopped cilantro
For the chili-lime drizzle:
Juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 clove garlic, finely grated
1 tsp chili flakes or hot sauce (adjust heat to your liking)
Pinch of sea salt
🔥 How to Make It:
Preheat your grill or Blackstone to medium-high heat.
Toss shrimp, pineapple, onion, and pepper with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill everything until shrimp are pink and veggies have char marks (about 2–3 minutes per side for shrimp, longer for veggies and pineapple).
Whisk together the chili-lime drizzle.
Assemble wraps: Lay down a lettuce leaf, load with shrimp, pineapple, grilled veg, and drizzle with that sweet-spicy goodness.
Top with avocado, cabbage, or herbs if you’re feelin’ extra.
💡 Wellness Blondie Real Talk Tips:
Make extra chili-lime drizzle—you’ll want to put it on everything.
Want a vegetarian version? Sub grilled tofu or chickpeas.
This is great for meal prep too—just store the fillings and wrap as you go.
