Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat macaroni
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the cooked macaroni to the cottage cheese mixture and toss until well combined.
4. Serve hot and enjoy your high-protein macaroni with cottage cheese!
You can also add in some cooked chicken breast or steamed vegetables for extra protein and nutrients if desired. Enjoy!
