My Parasite Cleanse Plan
Tincture: 2–3x daily (more on how I made it palatable below)
Binder: Before bed (switching between activated charcoal and diatomaceous earth)
Self-care: Daily castor oil massage and 15 minutes under red light therapy

Day 1: The Taste Test
The tincture tastes like… well, dirt. The aftertaste is brutal. My tip? Don’t take it straight. Fill a shot glass with water, drop in your tincture, shoot it back, and chase it with more water (or your favorite beverage). Bearable.
I took my first dose in the morning while letting the dogs out and setting up the coffee. My second dose came in a mason jar for work. Third dose after work, followed by dinner and my binder before bed. Simple, routine, survivable.

But the full 28-day program is really ideal to tackle the full parasite life cycle, including eggs, for a deeper, more thorough cleanse. Once my hormones are under control, I plan to do the full 28 days to get maximum results without interference.
