Ingredients:
- 1 pint-sized mason jar with lid
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite salad dressing (such as balsamic vinaigrette, ranch, or Italian)
- 1 cup of chopped vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, or radishes)
- 1 cup of leafy greens (such as spinach, lettuce, or mixed greens)
- 1/4 cup of protein (such as grilled chicken, tofu, chickpeas, or hard-boiled eggs)
- 1/4 cup of grains or legumes (such as quinoa, faro, brown rice, or lentils)
- Optional toppings (such as nuts, seeds, cheese, or dried fruit)
Instructions:
1. Start by adding the dressing to the bottom of the mason jar.
2. Layer the chopped vegetables on top of the dressing, followed by the protein, grains or legumes, and leafy greens.
3. If using any optional toppings, sprinkle them on top of the greens.
