Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
3 bell peppers, diced
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cooked rice or cauliflower rice
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups broth
Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions:
Brown meat on stovetop. Add veggies, rice, broth, tomatoes. Simmer 20–25 min. Crockpot: add everything raw, cook low 6 hrs or high 3 hrs.
