Ritual: Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

    • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

    • Optional: pinch of ginger or cardamom for extra witchy warmth

  • Instructions: Blend until smooth and creamy. Sip slowly while setting your intention: “I fuel my body, I banish sugar cravings.”
