Your Weekly Dose of Chaos & Culinary Genius
Serving Up Sass, Snacks, and Slightly Unhinged Wisdom
Hey there,
So, my latest email with multiple reads got me all kinds of inspired. I’m in a flow state (aka a caffeine-fueled creative whirlwind) and have so much to share—and let’s be real, I don’t want to bank them for later because then I’d be scheduled out until, like, next year. And that just feels… rigid. And I? Am not about that life.
Enter: The Shift.
Instead of hoarding my ideas like a dragon with treasure, I’m dropping a weekly email packed with goodness—one recipe, several must-reads, and a little life update. Basically, a one-stop shop for all things delicious, insightful, and slightly chaotic (in the best way).
How long will this last? Who knows. I refuse to overcommit because that leads to pressure, and we all know pressure is the enemy of fun (and good hair days).
This Week’s Recipe:
In my quest to heal my relationship with alcohol, I dove headfirst into the world of mocktail making—because let’s be honest, I still wanted fun drinks without the regret. I even took it a step further and wrote a whole recipe book with my creations.
This particular mocktail was highly requested by my teenage daughter—mainly because of the name (priorities, right?). After several rounds of trial and error (and plenty of taste-testing), we finally nailed it. Hope you love it as much as we do!

What’s New With Me:
The latest from my world—I’ve been making my mornings way more intentional—because let’s be real, waking up by doom-scrolling in the dark like a sleep-deprived goblin was not the vibe. Instead, I’ve been reading and brain-dumping all my early-morning thoughts onto paper. It’s like a mini therapy session—except free, and no one’s judging me for my half-awake ramblings.
So far, I’m loving it. It lets me get my thoughts out, sparks some killer content ideas, and gently wakes up my body and mind before the day comes at me full force. Of course, when the kids start moving, I still have those “just five more minutes” moments (can I just exist in my peaceful bubble a little longer?), but it’s keeping me on track—especially on days when I actually have to be a functioning adult and get shit done.
.Now, tell me: Is this the best thing ever, or am I overwhelming your inbox in the most extra way possible? Hit reply and give me the verdict:
✔️ "Yes girl, this is amazing."
❌ "Whoa, this is way too much at once."
What About the Podcast?
Don’t worry, Crunchy Culture is still buzzing! 🎙️ New episodes drop on Tuesdays, but for now, I’m keeping those in a separate email so your inbox doesn’t feel like an overstuffed suitcase. Should I merge them into this email instead, or do we like the separation? Hit reply and let me know!
Either way, you know I’ll keep things spicy. Stay tuned, stay nourished, and stay fabulous.
