After years of pouring everything into raising kids, running on fumes, and living in a constant state of survival, I finally started to slow down and turn inward. For so long, I was doing what many of us do — managing the chaos, showing up for everyone else, and putting my own needs last. But when the noise quieted and the house wasn’t quite so full of little voices needing me every second, I realized I didn’t really know what I needed anymore.
That’s when I started leaning into writing — not for anyone else, but for me. I began journaling as a way to untangle the thoughts and trauma I had packed away just to keep going. And what started as personal pages filled with hard truths, healing moments, and messy breakthroughs turned into something bigger: a self-help journal.
I created it not just as a tool for myself, but for other women who are also waking up from survival mode and asking, What now?
This season of life is about rediscovery — not just in my marriage or my motherhood, but in my own mind, body, and soul. It's about unlearning old patterns, choosing softness over shutdown, and making space to feel it all.
It's not always easy, but it’s real. And it’s worth every uncomfortable truth I’ve had to write down.
