What’s New With Me:
The latest from my world—Recently, I saw a post that asked, "If you met your younger self, what would you talk about?" and it got me thinking deeply.
It’s more than just a fun question to ask yourself—it's a healing practice. Taking a moment to pause, reflect, and connect with that version of you who may have been uncertain, scared, or unsure of what the future would hold can be truly eye-opening.
Maybe you’d want to reassure them that everything will be okay, that they’re stronger than they think, or that the hard lessons are shaping them into someone amazing. Perhaps you’d offer some advice, tell them to enjoy the present moment more, or encourage them to embrace self-compassion from the start.
The beauty of this exercise is that it can be as short or as long as you need it to be. You can keep it simple and sweet, or dive deeper into the conversations, acknowledging the struggles and victories of your past.
Whatever you choose, I highly recommend giving it a try—it’s an opportunity to heal, reflect, and step into a place of deeper understanding with yourself. What would you say to your younger self?
