Ingredients:
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Pinch of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey, and black pepper.
Heat over medium heat, whisking continuously until the mixture is warm and well combined. Do not let it boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
